This is one of the many beautiful places you can easily visit from Orvieto or Cortona.

Rome is also easily accessible, and so are Florence, Perugia and San Giminiano ... to mention a few!

Local transport is handy to most places, but hiring a car is recommended in this very cultural region.

Para todos aquellos que quieran vivir una experiencia diferente y positiva, creo que es una de las mejores opciones el alojarse en casa de gente local. He pasado un mes en casa de Marina, y he disfrutado mucho compartiendo con ella muchos momentos agradables. Pienso que viviendo en su casa he podido conocer mejor el estilo de vida en Australia, conocer mejor sus costumbres....etc

For all those who like to live a positive and different experience I think that one of the best options is to go and live in the house of local people. I spent a month at Marina's house, I enjoyed a lot of lovely moments. I think that living in a house I was able to better understand life in Australia, learning its customs...etc
I recommend this experience to everyone!

I enjoyed the experience of staying in a local cottage in Fremantle, because I think this is a very good experience. It is not only about travel but also about spending time with local people, learning about the other's culture. With Marina I had the opportunity to share experiences and lovely friendly moments. We realised we had a lot of things in common, for example a passion for photography and we could compare our skills. I learnt something about her art. In her house I felt very creative and worked on my own art at times. ____________________________________________ He disfrutado la experiencia de estar viviendo en una casa local en Fremantle, pienso que es una gran experiencia. No solo se disfruta de viajar sino que tambien se disfruta compartiendo con la gente local, aprendiendo de otras culturas. Con Marina he tenido la oportunidad de compartir experiencias y agradables momentos. Tenemos muchas cosas en comun, por ejemplo la pasion por la fotografia ,por lo que hemos intercambiando opiniones. He aprendido muchas cosas sobre su arte. En su casa me he sentido creativa y he podido trabajar en mi propio arte.

On a first arrived first served basis, locations are available in: Perth-Western Australia; in Genoa, Santa Margherita, Grondona, Orvieto, Cortona, Venice-Italy (conditions apply); 60 Km from Plivice, Dubrovnik (conditions apply).
More welcoming homes, with friendly local residents, will be soon available elsewhere.

To have a better idea of other interesting locations to visit, around the above mentioned places, please consult maps and websites in Google.
If travellers are interested in having meals, agreements must be made with the locals.
Mutual respect and appreciation are basic 'rules', in order for this service to work well.

Minimum stay is one week, maximum six. You are welcome to stay in more than one place, if you stop in a city (where the service is available for more than a week).
